The wiring is adequate to prevent breakdowns, the room temperature is ideal, there are water curtains to separate the machines, a stable internet connection, and an optimal level of humidity and specialized assisted ventilation for ASICs.

Monitoring and management

Monitoring your equipment 24 hours a day is possible from the mining pool (whichever you choose) so you can have peace of mind. Remember that you can view the crypto income that is generated in your wallet, with management being 100% transparent. The income goes directly from the pool to your wallet, without intermediaries involved.

Technical support

The Hosting technical team is available 7 days a week to respond in the Telegram group we created with the client. If there are incidents, they are notified through that same channel. There is the possibility of repairing ASICs on site to save time. And management of the equipment warranty by sending it to the factory. Iceriver has a repair center in Hong Kong and Bitmain in Dubai itself

We offer a comprehensive service that covers every stage, from purchase to the last day

How does Hosting work?

  1. BITHASHING advises (if necessary) on the purchase of the ASIC according to the client’s needs, to do Hosting 
  2. BITHASHING sends a draft Hosting contract so that the client can see the clauses previously detailed (we detail the most important ones in the following paragraph)
  3. The Client purchases the mining ASIC with a VAT-exempt invoice. According to article 21 of Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax, deliveries of goods intended for export are exempt from VAT.
  1. The Hosting sends the contract with the client’s data and the first receipt of their invoice that includes: 1 month of hosting (the consumption of the machine) + 1 month of deposit (equivalent to the consumption of the machine and is a single payment) + 100 $ receive/configure ASIC (one-time payment)
  2. After signing the contract by the client and paying the Hosting receipt, the shipment is coordinated between the manufacturer and the Hosting.
  3. BITHASHING in turn creates a Telegram group where the Client, the Hosting and BITHASHING participate as a guest to follow up and so that the Client feels calm and comfortable with the entire operation.
  4. The ASIC would be shipped directly from China , considered an export.
  5. If you have your own mining ASICs, the only thing that changes is that you will/we will send your miners (shipping costs at your expense) to the Hosting, nothing more, the process is the same.
  6. The ASIC arrives and BITHASHING pays the customs and tariffs to nationalize it and for it to arrive at Hosting 
  7. The client provides the user and worker name of the mining pool where their ASIC is configured (if necessary, BITHASHING will tell the client how to obtain a wallet, a user in the pool and configure a miner)
  8. The Hosting receives the client’s ASIC and configures it
  9. The ASIC is put into operation in the Hosting and outstanding questions are resolved.
  10. At the beginning of each month, the client makes the payment of his monthly fee in USD/USDT to BITHASHING.
  1. The established monthly hosting consumption rate is fixed and for a 1-year contract, with a current price of $0,075/kW.
  2. The Hosting charges in advance before sending the ASIC: 1 deposit fee (equivalent to the consumption of the machine and is a single payment) + 1 hosting fee (equivalent to the monthly consumption) + $100/one-time configuration per ASIC
  3. The contract has a duration of 12 months with the possibility of renewal, although if the client wishes, they can break the contract and withdraw the ASIC early, in which case they lose the deposit fee.
  4. If the client wishes to remove the ASIC early, breaking the contract, or decides not to renew the hosting fee, $40 will be deducted for uninstalling the ASIC + shipping costs to the delivery address and the service is terminated.
  5. A minimum of 90% uptime of ASICS is guaranteed, with a minimum of 335 days per year. In case of non-compliance, the days paid for hosting in which there was no operation will be paid.
  6. The Hosting has a repair and technical assistance center to solve breakdowns and incidents. In addition, machine warranties can be quickly processed and sent to the brands from the Hosting itself (Bitmain has an RMA center in Dubai itself, and Iceriver in Hong Kong).

  • Advice and selection of the appropriate ASIC.
  • Review of the hosting contract and sending of the purchase invoice (without VAT).
  • Delivery of the contract and 1st hosting receipt, paid in USDT or USD:
  • 1 $100 one-time ASIC configuration fee
  • 1 Security deposit equal to the monthly consumption of the ASIC (deposited once)
  • 1st hosting fee equivalent to the monthly consumption of the ASIC
  • Creation of the Telegram group between the client, the hosting and BITHASHING .
  • Assistance in managing the wallet and mining pool registration (if necessary).
  • Coordination and shipping of the client’s ASIC, through UPS from the factory to the hosting
  • Receipt of the machine serial number (SN) from the manufacturer
  • Request for ASIC configuration data by the hosting
  • Customs management by BITHASHING  when the package enters the United Arab Emirates
  • Reception of the package at the hosting facilities
  • ASIC Configuration and Commissioning
  • Connect the customer’s crypto wallet to make sure everything is correct.
 
  • If the ASIC is not in stock, the process will take more days, depending on manufacturing and shipping time.
  • Shipping delays with UPS may occur due to customs, typhoons, national holidays, and other unforeseen causes.
  • 100% of the mining goes directly to the client’s wallet (it does not go through intermediaries).
  • The client can choose the mining pool they prefer and change the income wallet whenever they want.
  • Each machine has a serial number SN for tracking from the factory to the hosting or wherever the Asic goes.
