Shipping Policy

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled with manufacturers in China. We process orders from Monday to Saturday. Orders are processed the same day payment is received in the company’s bank account from Monday to Saturday.

How long does it take to receive my order at my delivery address?

Total days: from 4 to 7 calendar days it will take you to receive your order. This is usually the normal range of days from when you place your order until it reaches your delivery address.

*If there is a delay in customs or a cause beyond our control (typhoons in Hong Kong, factory delays, national holidays in China or Spain or another country through which the package passes, delays beyond our control in general) this period could be extended a few more days. But in 95% of cases everything goes as planned.


Will I be charged taxes and customs? What does the order include?

The prices shown on our website already include customs duties and taxes, so you do not have to worry about this customs management, it is on us and is included in the price. The purchase is DDP in logistical terms.

Shipping to your delivery address is made with GLS in most orders, has fragile product stickers attached and carries insurance. The price for national shipping and to all EU countries is €90 VAT (incl.).

You always have the option of placing the order by e-mail or telephone, and if you want to come pick up the order at our offices at C/Pla 19, Multitrade building, Molins de Rei, CP 08750 in Barcelona, ​​you can come and thus avoid the €90 (VAT included) shipping costs.

Refund Policy and Guarantees

Returns

The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to request a return, in accordance with current legal provisions.

To be able to make a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original and unused condition.
  • The box must contain the original factory seals.
  • The box must not have been opened.
  • The customer must contact our customer service to start the return process.
  • Detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return will be provided.
  • Once the returned product is received and its condition verified, the refund will be made to the customer’s original payment method.

Refunds for purchases made via PayPal, Stripe and/or international bank transfers

In the event of a return of a product that is not supported by a manufacturing defect (i.e. a cancellation, a change of mind or other similar justifications) the commissions derived from purchases made through PayPal, Stripe or by international bank transfer will not be charged. will be refunded to the customer. The refund amount will be the value of the product less applicable transaction fees.

Warranty

All of our mining ASICs are backed by a 24-month limited warranty from the date of purchase

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects of the product.
  • Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear of components is not included.
  • In the event of a problem covered by warranty, the customer must contact our customer service.
  • Instructions for returning the product will be provided, and the company will arrange for repair or replacement as appropriate.
  • The company will cover shipping costs associated with the repair or replacement of defective products within the warranty period.
  • In case of warranty processing: shipping the product to the BITHASHING office is the responsibility of the client. But it is BITHASHING who takes care of shipping to the factory, customs again and delivers to the customer’s address again once the product is repaired.This policy is subject to changes and updates without prior notice. Customers are advised to regularly review the return and warranty policy for updated information.
